IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Bali Charter Passengers who made their bookings with Island Bound Travel

Skywest Airlines has been informed that Shooting Star Pty Ltd (ABN 35 009 449 825) trading as Island Bound Holidays of 214A Nicholson Road, Subiaco WA 6008, is about to be placed into Administration.

Passengers who believe they hold bookings for travel and accommodation arranged by Island Bound Holidays (paid in full or in part) are advised to seek advice from their  Travel Agent, Credit Card Provider or the Travel Compensation Fund with regard to possible refunds.

 Skywest Airlines will only honour travel arrangements for bookings made through Island Bound Travel upon purchase of a new ticket or the passengers acceptance of indemnity arrangements. 

Alternative accommodation in Bali is the sole responsibility of the passenger, and you are urged to confirm that the provider of accommodation is willing to honour your booking before leaving Australia. Skywest Airlines will accept no liability with regard to the accommodation portion of the holiday packages booked with Island Bound Travel nor will they undertake to provide alternative return  travel to those who travel to Bali without confirmed accommodation at their destination.

Passengers who booked flights and accommodation with holiday package providers other than Island Bound Travel are NOT affected
